In two different cases Special Operation Group of Uttarakhand police seized four leopard skins and 2 bear gall bladders believed to be of Asiatic black bear in Pithoragarh. On 16th December, 3 persons were arrested with a leopard skin and on 17th December night 3 leopard skins and 2 bear gall bladders were seized and three people arrested.
