Nepali citizen convicted in leopard skin seized case

In January this year SoG of Uttarakhand police arrested a Nepali national with a leopard skin in Pithoragarh distict, after the fast trial CJM court had convicted the accused and sentenced him to four years rigorous imprisonment and ₹10,000 fine.
