Is the tiger skins seized by Haryana Police are Fake?

At Panipat, police announced the seizure of five tiger skins and arrest of five persons on 19th July. If we can believe the visuals found at youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b635p3bEVbM) on this seizure, the skins are look like fake.
