Accused held with mongoose hair brushes convicted

Two accused held with 23 pieces of mongoose hair brushes in Delhi on July 2008 were found guilty by trial court and are convicted for the offences u/s 44, 49 & 49(B)(1) of Wild Life (Protection) Act.
