Leopard skins seized in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand

Two leopard skins seized in separate incidents on 14 August 2013, Uttar Pradesh police seized a skin in Bagpat district and forest officials of Uttarakhand seized a skin in Pithoragarh district.
