A person from Jammu & Kashmir was arrested by Customs at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi on 31 July 2012 when he was trying to smuggle 32 shahtoosh shawls along with 70 Pashmina shawls. Traditionally shawls were made in Kashmir, for this animals Chiru (Tibetan antelope) were killed in Tibet to get under fleece - the raw shahtoosh wool.
